Take Down Notice
Anyone wishing to notify A.I. Technology Co., Ltd. to cease the dissemination or remove computer data that constitutes an offense under Section 14 of the Computer-Related Crime Act B.E. 2550 (2007), as amended by the Computer-Related Crime Act (No. 2) B.E. 2560 (2017), from the company's computer system must contact and submit a complaint form together with supporting documents in person to the staff at A.I. Technology Co., Ltd. Address: 56 Moo 9, Lat Lum Kaeo-Pathum Thani Road, Khu Bang Luang Sub-district, Lat Lum Kaeo District, Pathum Thani Province 12140. Contact number: 02-4073460 ext. 2357.
The company will proceed to cease the dissemination or remove the unlawful data from the computer system once the complainant has completed the complaint form with all required details and attached all supporting documents. All copies must be certified with a signature and submitted in person directly to the responsible officer.
Required Documents for Filing a Complaint
- A complaint form as prescribed by A.I. Technology Co., Ltd. (Download Complaint Form)
- A daily record or complaint report filed with an investigating officer or police officer (original)
- A national identification card or a card issued by a government agency indicating the complainant's national identification number (copy)
- Evidence of name-surname change (if applicable)
- Documents or evidence submitted to an investigating officer or police officer
- Other documents or evidence showing details that demonstrate the commission of an offense under Section 14 and the damage incurred by the service user or third party
In Case of Not Appearing in Person (Additional Documents Required)
- Power of Attorney
- A copy of the national identification card or a card issued by a government agency indicating the national identification number of both the principal and the authorized representative
