Individuals who wish to issue a notice to A.I. Technology Co., Ltd. to suspend the dissemination or remove computer data that is an offense under Section 14 of the Computer-Related Crime Act B.E. 2550 (2007), as amended by the Computer-Related Crime Act (No. 2) B.E. 2560 (2017), from the computer system of A.I. Technology Co., Ltd. must contact and submit a complaint form along with supporting documents in person to the officer at A.I. Technology Co., Ltd. Address: 56 Moo 9, Lat Lum Kaeo-Pathum Thani Road, Khu Bang Luang Sub-district, Lat Lum Kaeo District, Pathum Thani 12140, Contact Number: 02-4073460 ext. 2357.

The company will proceed to suspend the dissemination or remove the illegal data mentioned above from the computer system only when the complainant fills out the details in the complaint form and attaches all documentary evidence, which must be signed to certify all copies, and brought directly to the responsible officer in person only.

Documents Required for Filing a Complaint

• A complaint using the form prescribed by A.I. Technology Co., Ltd.
• A daily report or complaint notice to the investigating officer or police officer (original)
• An ID card or a card issued by a government agency identifying the complainant's ID number (copy)
• Evidence of name/surname change (if any)
• Documents or evidence submitted to the investigating officer or police officer
• Other documents or evidence showing details demonstrating the commission of an offense under Section 14 and the damage incurred to the service user or a third party

In Case of Not Appearing in Person (The following additional documents must be submitted)

• Power of Attorney
• A copy of the ID card or a card issued by a government agency identifying the ID number of the principal and the authorized person
