Client, bag packing product manufacturer, requires to change a manual bag palletizing process to a robot and automation and packing process for increasing throughput dispatching capacity and lower operation cost with safety operation.
SOLUTION
Empty bags will be sent to the dispenser. The cement will be filled into the bags and weighed. Then, the bags will be sewn by a sewing machine and sent to the robot to arrange the items on the pallet
