Press Machine

Press machines are available in four types: Hydraulic press machine, Air hydro press machine, Air press machine, Servo press machine. There are vary features in each type.
- Hydraulic press is a press system for heavy duty applications requiring high and constant pressures. Normally cannot control adjustable force and range of press, but can be done by adding equipment.
- Air hydro press is a press system that mixes between wind and oil. It has the advantage of keeping the pressures constant and clean, but the pressures are not as high as the hydraulic press. Normally cannot control adjustable force and range of press like hydraulic press, but can be done by adding a device.
- Air press is a press system using wind. The advantage is that the price is not high and clean, but it can not provide high pressures due to the collapse of the wind. The pressures are unstable. And normally cannot control adjustable force and range of press like hydraulic press, but can be done by adding equipment.
- Servo press is a press system that uses electricity so it is clean. The servo press provides high force resolution and high pressures. Moreover, can control distance and pressure as needed. Suitable for works that require force resolution, adjustable pressure and ranges frequently.
